About the OpportunitySearch Station is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client — a well-established primary care clinic in Fort Worth, Texas seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual Healthcare Receptionist to join their front office team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in a professional and patient-focused clinical environment. The ideal candidate is a people person who is comfortable managing a busy front desk while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Requirements- Minimum, high school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual - fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Prior experience in a medical or clinical front office setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and patient-first attitude
- Basic computer proficiency
- Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar
- Verify patient insurance and collect co-pays at time of service
- Maintain and update patient records accurately
- Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Manage front desk correspondence and patient inquiries
- Local candidates preferred, no relocation assistance available
