Must have a Kentucky license in hand upon submission and be licensed prior to the start date. Certifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, valid Kentucky license, BLS (AHA), Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) via ASHA, and a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience. Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Home Health. Schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional Information: Must be agreeable to covering a large geographical territory, with travel between counties potentially exceeding 2.5 hours.
