Location: 5259 W 500 N, McCordsville, IN 46055
Duration: 4 Months
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16-$25/hour
Openings: 4 Spotters

Job Description:
We are currently hiring Spotters for a long-term project in McCordsville, IN. The primary responsibility of this role is to observe and assist technicians while they are operating lifts or working at elevated heights to ensure a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

Observe technicians while operating lifts or working from elevated platforms
Maintain awareness of surrounding safety conditions
Assist with additional site tasks as needed
Follow all job site safety procedures and guidelines
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality throughout the project

Requirements:

Ability to work onsite in a construction or industrial environment
Strong attention to safety and communication
Must provide own PPE:

Class E Rated Hardhat
Safety-Toed Boots
Safety Glasses
Hi-Vis Vest/Shirt

Additional Notes:

Attendance is a high priority for this project
Excessive or unnecessary absences may result in replacement
