Plains Towing is now hiring a Weekend Dispatcher in their Gillette, WY location.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answer phone calls, build dispatches and dispatch calls to tow operators
• Audit and submit invoices for payment and record payments
• Audit and release impounded vehicles

Required Skills & Experience:

• Open to applicants 18+ years old
• Must be capable of 12 hour+ weekend in-office shifts
• Must be comfortable working with a computer, multiple software platforms and smartphone applications
• Preferred dispatching experience
• Preferred customer service experience
• Must possess a valid Driver's License issued by your state of residence
• Must meet background and drug screening criteria
• Must be willing to occasionally work outside normal work hours depending on call volume
• Must possess a fully functional smartphone
• Ability to work in fast paced situations
