Neurosurgery opening in Lewiston, ID - Visa EligibleLocated in Lewiston, ID - Spokane 100 miles, Boise 260 milesFull-time; PermanentJ1 Visa Assistance Overview: Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon Join an established neurosurgery team in a regional referral center General neurosurgery practice with a mix of clinic and OR time Schedule: 36 patient care hours + 4 administrative hours per week Clinic: 2-3 days per week | OR: 2 days per week Call: Approximately 10 days per month Average clinic volume: 10-12 patients per day Work alongside dedicated support staff including RN and MA Hospital-employed position with strong specialty support Open to new graduates and early commitment candidates--- Compensation & Benefits: Base salary starting at $920,000 plus wRVU production incentives or production model Sign-on bonus ($50K) and relocation assistance ($15K) Student loan repayment assistance and residency stipend Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan (401k) CME allowance ($5K) and paid time off (25+ days) Malpractice provided (including tail) High-earning potential with strong referral base--- About the Area:Lewiston offers a unique blend of natural beauty and small-town charm, located at the confluence of the Snake and Clearwater Rivers.
