We serve a diverse clientele including retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers.Service Project Managers ensure the overall success of a project, including the safe planning of resources, equipment, and budgeting projections of fuel service-related projects. They also ensure the project is executed with the highest standards of quality and meets or exceeds customer expectations.Negotiate pricing and schedule subcontractors in accordance with the preferred supplier list and review subcontractor invoices and approve for paymentEnsure compliance with safety regulations and state/local codesObtain the appropriate permits and licenses from state and/or local authoritiesConfirm site surveys are dispatched & completed in a timely mannerDevelop and manage project budgetsDetermine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed per quotation & project scopeEnsure supplies and equipment are ordered & delivered according to scheduleEnsure accurate inventory for tools & equipment throughout projectPrepare verbal and/or written reports regarding project statusConfirm heavy maintenance technicians assigned to projects have the necessary skills to complete assigned workCollaborate with Project Estimator, Service Manager, Sales, Supply Chain, subcontractors, and key team members of the project teamConduct site checks to monitor safety, job progress and quality standardsResolve any problems that may arise during project executionEnsure project deadlines are metCommunicate effectively to all stakeholders the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularlyConduct post-completion review of project quality & financial results with Project Estimator, Service Manager, and/or Regional Service DirectorRequirementsHighschool Diploma or GED requiredAt least 2 years of experience working with retail fueling sites and fuel dispensing equipmentAt least 1 year of experience in a leadership role with responsibility for direct reports and projectsAt least 2 years of experience managing project budgetsAt least 1 year of experience ordering construction materials and equipmentAdvanced skills using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, TeamsMust be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the companyPhysical Requirements: Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, standing 8-10 hours per dayJF Petroleum offers:Competitive pay401(k) with company matchPaid time offPaid holidaysHealth benefits (eligible 1st of the month following 30 days) including Medical, Vision, Dental, DisabilityLife insurance-company providedBonus program eligibilityPaid training for field personnelUniforms provided for field personnelRelocation Assistance will be considered for qualified candidatesJF Petroleum Group is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or any other legally protected status.
