This role is accountable for developing and executing operational strategies that support the company's business objectives while building the infrastructure, processes, and teams necessary for sustainable growth.As the operational leader for LIFT, the Vice President of Operations partners closely with executive leadership to establish operational priorities, optimize business processes, implement technology-driven solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills, experience, and state of residence.
