Azura Vascular Care is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Manager to support and grow our diversified vascular surgery center in Greenville, North Carolina. Our center provides specialized outpatient vascular care, including Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE), Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) treatment, and Hemorrhoid Artery Embolization (HAE).

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional to make a meaningful impact by developing referral relationships, expanding our presence in the local healthcare community, and increasing access to high-quality, minimally invasive vascular care.

The territory covers a 50-mile radius of the greater Greenville area, with daily travel to physician offices and other healthcare referral sources to build new relationships, strengthen existing partnerships, and drive center growth. Candidates must reside in or near Greenville, NC, due to the daily travel requirements of the role.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a proactive, relationship-focused professional who combines strong communication skills with a passion for healthcare and business development. The ideal candidate will have one or more of the following:

• A clinical background in a relevant healthcare specialty, along with strong sales aptitude and an interest in business development.
• Proven experience in healthcare referral sales, with a track record of building relationships and driving growth.
• Experience in durable medical equipment (DME) sales or other relationship-driven healthcare sales environments.

Success in this role requires a hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop new referral sources while building trust with physicians, physician practices, and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable managing a field-based territory, and driven to achieve growth objectives.
