This position is  ONSITE in Holliston, MA must be able to commute to Holliston, MA

What’s a typical day as Human Resources Manager? You’ll be:
- Supporting approximately 115 employees in Holliston, MA, and 30 employees in Marietta, GA, while reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
- Providing comprehensive HR support, including payroll, employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day employee inquiries.
- Developing and executing initiatives to boost employee engagement through regular surveys, feedback sessions, and actionable plans.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Possess previous experience in manufacturing, which is a requirement for this role.
- Are bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required) and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
