Sleep Expert - Sales

Job Overview The Sleep Expert positions at Mattress Firm are focused on delivering an exceptional in‑store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and guiding customers to the best mattress solutions. Key Responsibilities Elevate and enhance the customer’s in‑store experience as a sleep authority. Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel environment. Cultivate strong relationships by putting the customer at the center and maintaining contacts during and after purchase. Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and act as a subject‑matter expert. Drive individual sales performance, meet KPI targets, and support company initiatives. Maintain awareness of competitors’ advertisements and services. Leverage social media to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Lift, push, or pull 50pounds or more as required. Resolve customer issues and send delivery reminders as part of post‑sales support. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay range of $57,000 to $64,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Base pay is supplemented with uncapped commission and potential bonus opportunities for eligible roles.
