Product Manager - Healthcare Staffing Platform (Supply Side)

ShiftKey connects healthcare professionals with facilities across diverse care settings, and our professional experience - from the first shift someone picks up to whether they're still picking up shifts three years later - is what keeps that marketplace healthy. Our Product Team operates in an augmented model - you will direct what we are building toward and our non-negotiables, while our delivery partners direct how it gets built.

Professionals who pick up shifts on ShiftKey have options - other platforms, direct facility work, leaving staffing entirely. This role owns the experience that makes ShiftKey the one they stick with: finding shifts, getting placed, seeing what they earn and why, building a reputation, and coming back. You'll own Professional Lifetime Value as the metric that tells you whether it's working, and you'll partner with the PM who owns the facility side to keep the marketplace healthy on both ends.

What you'll be doing

• Own the professional's experience end to end: discovery, placement, and what keeps them coming back.

• Define and own Professional Lifetime Value , reporting on it up to leadership.

• Build the retention strategy that keeps professionals active for years , not just their first shift.

• Design how professionals build reputation and get discovered by facilities.

• Make earnings clear - what they make, why, and how to make it better.

What you'll need

• 7-9 years in product management, with meaningful time on the supply side of a marketplace or platform.

• Experience solving for engagement, not just availability, in a marketplace or platform.

• Comfort connecting product decisions to unit economics and talking through them with finance.

• Sharp data instincts - you instrument before you build, and can diagnose retention vs. discovery problems.

• A strong track record partnering across team boundaries you don't fully control.

Where you'll work

This is a fully remote position based in the United States. You should be comfortable working asynchronously and partnering with teammates in different time zones.
