Rail Yard Diesel Mechanic

Overview Pacific Rail Services is seeking applicants for the Rail Yard Truck Mechanic position to join our team working at the BNSF Alliance, TX Rail Terminal in a recession proof industry. Automotive and Diesel Mechanic experience is required. APPLICANTS MUST currently live within a 45 minute commute of Haslet, TX. OUT OF AREA candidates and/or those requiring a relocation will NOT be considered. Shift Wednesday through Sunday 2pm to midnight (10 hr shifts) Pay $21 - $24/hr to start (Commensurate with experience) Candidates Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the mechanical field and be preventative maintenance minded. Must have own tools (Yearly tool allowance provided). Must have experience and knowledge working with Air, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Diesel systems and components. Will need a valid driver's license. Primary Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hostler fleet, forklifts, and company vehicles. Maintain Hostler Fleet. Welding, fabricating.
