Shipping/Packing Associate - Oklahoma City, OK

Pay: $15.50/hour with the opportunity for a $5 raise after 30 days

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Shift:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM start, ending 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday
• During peak season (August-January), shifts may extend up to 10-12 hours per day so a lot of over time available!

Job Description

The Shipping/Packing Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, scanning, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves handling inventory, using RF scanners to verify order accuracy, packaging products according to company standards, and ensuring shipments are processed efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Pick products and customer orders accurately.
• Pack items into shipping boxes and prepare orders for shipment.
• Scan products using RF scanners.
• Verify order accuracy and maintain quality standards.
• Assist with shipping, packaging, and inventory-related tasks.
• Work in a fast-paced, semi climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, or industrial experience.
• Experience with picking, packing, shipping, or receiving.
• RF scanner and inventory experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Stable work history with approximately one year or more at previous employers.
• Ability to work extended hours during busy seasons.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
