Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.

NIGHTS (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) with alternating weekends.

We are seeking a skilled Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work night shifts, providing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit. This position is essential for ensuring that patients receive the standard of care required for optimum recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and changes in condition.
• Assist in the management of patient care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility.
