Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Providing fully remote virtual serious illness care management, the part-time Florida Licensed Nurse Practitioner will support patients and families across various care settings, including hospice and palliative care, while working evenings, nights, and weekends. Key responsibilities Conduct virtual assessments of patient and caregiver needs, managing care plans and prescribing medications as appropriate Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and continuity of services Participate in quality assurance activities and maintain compliance with regulatory standards in hospice and palliative care Required qualifications Master's or Doctor's degree in Nursing from an accredited Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner Program Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience in hospice, palliative care, or acute inpatient care National certification, licensure, and prescriptive authority for advanced nursing practice in the home state and additional states as required Basic Life Support certification from an approved organization Compact RN license in the home state by the date of hire
