Neuroimmunology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opening in Fairfield, CT Full-Time Outpatient Neurology Multiple Sclerosis Focus Monday-FridayA growing outpatient Neuroimmunology and General Neurology program in Fairfield, Connecticut is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide care for patients with Multiple Sclerosis and other neurologic conditions.Opportunity Highlights:

• Outpatient Neuroimmunology / Neurology APP role
• Primary focus on Multiple Sclerosis care, with additional neuroimmunology and General Neurology exposure
• Provide comprehensive, quality-based care for patients with nervous system and immunology-related diseases
• Participate in medical management, disease monitoring, risk reduction, and care coordination
• Support care at an established Multiple Sclerosis Center and General Neurology practice
• Opportunity to assist with program development
• Potential future involvement in research and clinical trials
• Robust MS-focused support team including Medical Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Nurses, and Social Workers
• Monthly programmatic team meetings
• Monday-Friday schedule
• No call required

Candidate Requirements:
• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Connecticut PA or APRN license, or eligibility
• Certification or eligibility as a PA, FNP, ANP, or AGPCNP
• 1+ year of APP experience required
• New graduate Nurse Practitioners may be considered with 2+ years of RN experience in MS or Neurology
• Multiple Sclerosis or Neurology experience highly preferred
• Strong communication, patient education, clinical judgment, and collaboration skills
