You will lead Technical Service Managers, Supervisors, Biomedical Technicians, and Field Service Technicians while driving operational excellence and business growth.360 Program Implementation Support:Assist the 360 Program Implementation Manager in planning and executing program componentsActively lead and participate in weekly implementation callsSupport onboarding and training of implementation team membersCollaborate on assessments, data gathering, and proposal developmentProvide leadership support to implementation teams as neededPerform other duties as assignedCustomer Relations:Build strong relationships with customer champions and act as an operations liaisonSupport Sales teams by preparing and presenting operational data for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Ensure accurate billing documentation and regulatory complianceAssist with monitoring and collection of Accounts Receivable (A/R)Partner with customers and sales to maintain and grow divisional revenueEstablish credibility and trust with administrators, clinicians, and staffHiring & Training:Identify and adjust staffing needs aligned with revenue and EBITDA targetsPartner with Human Resources to recruit, assess, and onboard new employeesLead onboarding utilizing CES training materials to drive engagement and consistencyDevelop high-performing teams through training and Best Practice initiativesField Support & Projects:Drive continuous improvement through process, technology, and operational enhancementsCollaborate with field operations teams to improve performance and outcomesConduct quality audits as neededSupport enhancements across systems (Central, inCommand, inCare, in-Service)Act as the “Voice of the Field” to represent divisional needs and insightsWhat You Will Need for This Role?Required Experience:Business and Financial management expertise to assist with contract, account margin and budget management, and P and L experience.Advanced computer skills required (Microsoft Power Point, Word, & Excel)Attention to detail, organization, and time management skillsAbility to multi-taskWillingness to share specialized knowledge with others to increase overall team effectivenessAbility to travel up to 90% of timeAbility to engage and actively participate in department initiativesCommunicates effectively through written and oral communicationPresents a positive, professional, customer-focused attitude with a passion to succeedIdentifies skill development areas and take the initiative to learn new processes and technologiesWorks to display Customer Care Team Vision and Mission initiativesEnsures accountability and produces high quality workWillingness and desire to learn and continuously improveRequired Skills & Abilities:Bachelor’s degree in a biomedical engineering, electronics or related field preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience inKnowledge of the healthcare industry, including and understanding of hospital operations or alternate care providers.Worked within a healthcare facility and undergone implementation and management of the Medical Equipment Management Plan.Knowledge and experience working with the Joint Commission (JCAHO) and Del Norske Veritas (DNV GL).Knowledge and experience with High end Modalities such as Anesthesia and Diagnostic Imaging including repair and maintenance of this equipment.Valid Drivers License.It is the policy of Agiliti to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, genetic information, marital status, status as a veteran, military service, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local civil rights laws.
