As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Recruiter to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in sourcing top talent, particularly for government contracts, as well as fulfilling some light technical recruiting needs. Position Overview The Recruiter will be responsible for full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role demands a unique set of skills in government contract recruiting, light technical recruiting, and account management. Additionally, the Recruiter will possess advanced administration skills, be comfortable interfacing with C‑suite executives, and be proficient in using technology for recruitment activities. The role also requires adeptness in using Microsoft Excel for reporting and analytics. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, focusing on positions related to government contracts and light technical roles. Interface directly with C‑suite executives and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and to provide status updates. Utilize various technology platforms, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn, and other social media channels to source candidates. Apply advanced administration skills to keep records, schedule interviews, and manage candidate pipelines. Demonstrate account management skills by maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders. Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics using Microsoft Excel. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field. Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on government contracts and light technical recruiting. Exceptional account management skills.Advanced administrative skills, including high‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with using technology for recruitment such as ATS, LinkedIn, etc. Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of interfacing with C‑suite executives. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Physical Demands / Work Environment Lifting, bending, stretching and walking as needed. Heavy use of computers and related equipment, and telephones. Ability to lift at least 30 lbs infrequently.
