Our Sydneyteam is part of our national and well-established DisputeResolution Section, with over 115 team members nationally workingacross all facets of commercial dispute resolution and litigation,including commercial and contractual disputes, banking andfinancial services litigation, restructuring and insolvency, publicsector, property disputes, regulatory investigations and taxdisputes. This is afantastic hands-on commercial litigation role, with significantlearning, development and progression opportunities, and theopportunity to work with interesting clients and complexmatters Responsibilities corporate restructuringand insolvency and bankruptcy matters, both contentious andnon-contentious; and complexcommercial litigation matters. About you You will ideally have the following skills and experience: between3 and 5 years of post-admission experience in Australia isessential; previousexperience in insolvency and restructuring, together with someexposure to commercial litigation, ideally from a largeor medium sized law firm or a specialist litigationpractice; strongcommunication and drafting skills, with outstanding attentionto detail; theability to confidently run matters through dispute resolutionprocesses; and theability to handle busy workload with competingtimelines.
