Long-Term Care LPN Traveler Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Long-Term Care LPN for a traveler assignment. The LPN will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in our Long-Term Care unit. Responsibilities include medication administration, assessments, care planning, documentation, and coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Administer medications and perform clinical assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient care and coordinate with healthcare team members.
• Support residents with daily activities as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Hawai'i LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of one year of recent Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Must be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
