Product Coordinator

As a Product Coordinator, you'll support customers by processing orders, providing product recommendations, and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You'll work closely with sales, warehouse, and supplier partners while utilizing SAP and Microsoft Office tools to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, availability, pricing, and order status via email and phone.
• Process customer orders and payments with a high level of accuracy.
• Research products and parts, using technical specifications to recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, sales teams, and warehouse staff to resolve order and inventory questions.
• Track orders and customer interactions within SAP/ERP systems.
• Provide timely shipping, inventory, and delivery updates.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order entry, inside sales, purchasing, invoicing, or related administrative roles.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable reviewing technical product information and making recommendations.

Preferred Experience

• SAP experience.
• Technical customer service or industrial product industry experience.
• Experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, or product sourcing.

Schedule & Environment

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Fully onsite
• Collaborative office environment with occasional warehouse interaction (no heavy lifting required)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Duluth, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
