Staff Product Manager — SMB Banking & Payments

Gusto is seeking a Product Manager to own core banking and money movement initiatives within our Business Money team in the United States. You’ll drive end-to-end product development that connects banking surfaces to the broader payroll platform, delivering value to small businesses from day one.
You’ll partner with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal and Compliance to ship resilient, compliant features that scale.
