Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $18-$20 and is dependent on your experience and ability to connect, mastery of our processes and ability to retain and grow both customers and employees with your leadership. Hourly pay+ Earn bonus based on growth goals Earn five days of sick time per year Earn a 3% company match for your simple IRA (after 1 year of work) Earn 5 days vacation (after 1 year of working) Job Requirements Prior cleaning and supervisory experience or equivalent experience Prior customer service, training, cleaning experience or equivalent experience with the ability to learn quickly Bilingual in both English and Spanish Legally authorized to work in the United States Complete a background check Valid Driver’s License You are available to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work between the hours of 6:30am to 5pm.
