Reports To Group Fitness Class-ic Coordinator General Manager Franchise Owner/Operator What We’re Looking For A certified fitness pro who can command a room and make workouts fun for every fitness level. Someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and can deliver classes that leave members saying, “That was amazing!” A team player who loves music, movement, and a little muscle burn. Requirements Valid CPR Certification (safety first!) Nationally Accredited GFI Certification (AFAA, ACE, NETA, NASM preferred) OR valid Yoga, Schwinn/Ride, or Pilates Certification A smile that can light up the room (unofficial, but totally required) The willingness to travel between multiple locations to support class needs depending on locations Your Superpowers (Special Skills) Experience teaching classes for clients of all levels Strong communication & customer service skills Ability to inspire, motivate, and keep the vibes high What You’ll Do Lead safe, fun, and effective group fitness classes that get results Keep your certifications fresh and up-to-date Bring the Crunch vibe to life in every class Greet every member like a VIP and help them fall in love with fitness Be a team player, stay professional, and keep the positive energy flowing Attend team meetings and training's—because the best keep getting better!
