In this key role, you'll guide the team in the shop, manage the flow of work, and make sure every RV is serviced and repaired to the highest standards. If you're a natural leader who enjoys keeping things organized and helping customers get back on the road, this is a great opportunity to join our team.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the service shop by managing workflow and ensuring all RV repairs and maintenance are completed to high standards.Coordinate daily parts installation and ensure work is completed on schedule.Assign and dispatch work fairly to technicians based on skills and timelines to maintain productivity and team morale.Monitor and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment in compliance with state and OSHA requirements.Support a positive shop culture through strong leadership and clear communication with technicians and service staff.QualificationsStrong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide techniciansExcellent organizational skills for managing workflow and meeting deadlinesClear communication skills for working with technicians, service staff, and managementCommitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environmentRequirementsEducation and ExperiencePast RV Technician experience requiredPast shop supervisor experience preferredCurrent valid driver's license requiredHigh school diploma or GED requiredBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401K with company matchPTOGreat company culturePhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
