Physical Therapist - Acute Care

Clinical Staff - Rehabilitation TherapyThe Physical Therapist performs examinations, evaluations, and establishes plans of care including goals and recommendations for discharge. The PT provides daily treatment to promote functional independence and modifies treatment programs. Performs documentation in EHR. Coordinates/communicates with interdisciplinary team.
