As a Sales Assistant at Lumina Agency INC, you will play an important role in supporting the sales team with daily operations, client communication, administrative tasks, and sales-related activities. This position is ideal for someone who is confident, organized, personable, and interested in developing valuable skills in sales, customer relations, communication, and business operations. You will work closely with the sales team to help maintain an efficient workflow, assist with client interactions, organize information, and contribute to achieving company goals. Responsibilities Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks Assist with client inquiries and maintain professional communication Help organize customer information, sales records, and internal documentation Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-up activities Prepare sales materials, reports, and presentations when required Maintain accurate and organized client and prospect information Assist with follow-ups throughout the sales process Coordinate with team members to ensure excellent client service Help identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experience Maintain a professional and positive representation of Lumina Agency INC Qualifications
