Primary Care Physician (Multiple Openings) Onsite | Sacramento, CA HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting seasoned, highly skilled Primary Care Physicians to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this outpatient primary care physician role. This position requires a high-performing, patient-focused physician who can operate efficiently in a structured clinical environment while maintaining strong quality of care. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Maintain consistent patient throughput while ensuring quality outcomes Develop individualized treatment plans and preventative care strategies Collaborate closely with clinical leadership and multidisciplinary teams Conduct limited telehealth visits as part of daily workflow Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely EMR documentation Participate in phone-based call coverage as required Required Qualifications (Highly Important) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active California medical license Active DEA license Minimum 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience (no new grads considered) Proven ability to manage high patient volume (3 patients per hour / 20-minute visits) Strong documentation and EMR proficiency Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship) Stable and consistent employment history Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued) Experience in community health or outpatient primary care settings Familiarity with Epic EMR Bilingual Spanish proficiency Experience working in multi-site or mobile care environments Ability to balance in-person and telehealth patient care HireNow Disqualifiers Jumpy or unstable employment history New graduates without required clinical experience Inability to manage required patient volume No outpatient or primary care experience Lack of EMR proficiency Preference for low-volume or non-clinical roles HireNow Checklist HireNow Staffing is recruiting candidates who align with the following: Board-certified/eligible physician with active CA license and DEA Minimum 2+ years outpatient primary care experience Demonstrated ability to consistently manage 3 patients per hour Experience in community health or similar patient-focused environments Strong EMR documentation skills (Epic preferred) Comfortable with both in-person and telehealth visits Stable employment history with proven performance Ideal Candidate Profile: High-efficiency physician who maintains quality under volume expectations Clinician with strong patient communication and education skills Experience serving diverse or underserved populations Adaptable provider comfortable working across multiple care settings HireNow Package Salary: $230,000 – $300,144 base Location: Onsite in Sacramento Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Benefits: Up to $10,000 relocation assistance Student loan repayment (NHSC, SLRP, PSLF eligible) Medical, dental, vision insurance 20 PTO days + 8 holidays + 5 sick days 403(b) with 100% match up to 4% 5 CME days + CME reimbursement Telehealth integration within daily workflow HireNow Staffing Disclaimer HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this role.
