Registered Nurse - Operating Room - PRN

Role Overview
Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professionalism, patient rights, and confidentiality. Coordinates with other departments to evaluate and improve care quality, aligning with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications & Skills
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a current RN license in the state or under a compact licensure. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform necessary movements. Certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, and specialized unit certifications based on role requirements.
Key Duties
Provide patient-centered care, maintain accountability, evaluate care effectiveness, and collaborate with other departments. Uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties in accordance with organizational standards and mission.
