Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in SAFe Scrum Master methodologies. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in an Agile environment. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, stakeholder management, and the ability to facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives, as a certified SAFe Scrum Master.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Assist in the prioritization of the product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience as a SAFe Scrum Master.
• Proven experience in business analysis within Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
• Familiarity with business process modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAFe Scrum Master certification is required.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in an Agile environment.
