We are looking for a senior-level attorney with a strong background in real estate and/or business litigation to join our growing firm. This is an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney looking to expand an established practice within a collaborative and highly respected Colorado-based law firm.

Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year

Qualifications

• Significant experience handling corporate and business transactions
• Portable business of no less than $400,000
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities
• Commitment to client service and collaborative teamwork
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado or eligible for admission
