• Identifying training needs and supporting skill development

Regional Sales Manager Requirements:

Essential:

• CeMAP qualification
• Proven mortgage advisor experience
• Demonstrated track record in team building and recruitment
• Strong recruitment capabilities

Desirable:

• Experience managing teams in the mortgage sector
