Regional Sales Manager Opportunity
An exciting Regional Sales Manager opportunity has arisen with an ambitious, established mortgage brokerage experiencing rapid expansion. Your responsibilities as Regional Sales Manager will include:
- Recruiting high-calibre mortgage and protection advisors
- Building and managing your own team
- Providing regular coaching, mentorship and sales support
- Motivating advisors and maintaining high morale
- Encouraging business development and maximising marketing opportunities
- Identifying training needs and supporting skill development
- Working alongside dedicated marketing support
Regional Sales Manager Requirements:
Essential:
- CeMAP qualification
- Proven mortgage advisor experience
- Demonstrated track record in team building and recruitment
- Strong recruitment capabilities
Desirable:
- Experience managing teams in the mortgage sector
