Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range: $35 - $39 per hour
• Benefits: PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, supplemental insurance options, retirement plan through TCDRS (with employer match), and accrual of previous employment hours toward retirement vesting. Pay package discussed upon application.

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services across diverse age groups.
• Assist with post-surgical rehabilitation, manual therapy, and general patient mobility.
• Cover swing beds and outpatient units, adapting to fluctuating patient needs.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Support patients in recovery, functional improvement, and pain management.
• Promote safety and quality standards during therapy sessions.

What You Need
Required:

• Valid PT or PTA license in Texas
• Experience with manual therapy and post-surgical rehab modalities
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient demographic

Preferred:

• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Strong manual therapy skills
• Flexibility to cover both outpatient and swing bed patients
