Buscamos una persona responsable y comprometida para desempeñarse como Personal de Limpieza (Housekeeper) en nuestras instalaciones ubicadas en Ft Lauderdale, Florida. Esta posición es fundamental para mantener un ambiente limpio, organizado y acogedor, garantizando que todas las áreas de la instalación cumplan con los más altos estándares de limpieza e higiene.
La persona seleccionada realizará tareas de limpieza rutinarias, incluyendo desempolvado, aspirado, trapeado y desinfección de superficies, además de participar en proyectos especiales de limpieza cuando sea necesario. La atención al detalle, la consistencia y el compromiso con la excelencia son esenciales para asegurar que las instalaciones se mantengan en óptimas condiciones en todo momento.
Requisitos mínimosExperiencia previa en limpieza o en funciones similares dentro de espacios comerciales.
Capacidad para realizar tareas físicas, incluyendo levantar peso moderado, agacharse y permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados.
Conocimientos básicos sobre productos de limpieza, equipos y procedimientos de manejo seguro.
Alto nivel de atención al detalle y compromiso con la limpieza y el orden.
Persona confiable, puntual y con buenas habilidades de organización y manejo del tiempo.
Experiencia trabajando en espacios comerciales o realizando labores de limpieza en presencia de clientes o visitantes.
Familiaridad con productos de limpieza ecológicos y no tóxicos.
Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas de manera eficiente y trabajar de forma independiente.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación para interactuar de manera profesional y respetuosa con clientes y supervisores.
Realizar tareas diarias de limpieza, incluyendo barrer, trapear, desempolvar, aspirar y limpiar muebles y accesorios.
Limpiar y desinfectar oficinas, baños, áreas de cocina y otras zonas de la instalación, garantizando que todas las superficies permanezcan higiénicas y en excelentes condiciones.
Reabastecer suministros de limpieza y reportar cuando sea necesario realizar pedidos o reemplazos.
Informar cualquier daño, desperfecto o necesidad de mantenimiento detectada durante las labores de limpieza.
Organizar y mantener en buen estado los equipos y materiales de limpieza para garantizar la eficiencia y seguridad en el trabajo.
Cumplir con los protocolos de limpieza y las normas de seguridad establecidas por la empresa.
Las habilidades de atención al detalle y conocimiento de técnicas de limpieza son esenciales para garantizar que cada área se mantenga impecable y en condiciones óptimas. La resistencia física y la capacidad de gestionar el tiempo permiten completar las tareas de manera eficiente sin comprometer la calidad del trabajo.
Las habilidades deseables, como la familiaridad con productos ecológicos, contribuyen a crear un ambiente más saludable y permiten adaptarse a preferencias específicas. Asimismo, una comunicación efectiva es importante para comprender instrucciones, reportar situaciones y colaborar adecuadamente con supervisores y compañeros de trabajo.
