Job Title: Production Associate Job Description

Operate food processing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety procedures. Monitor product quality throughout the production process and package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. Perform routine cleaning and sanitation duties to maintain food-safe work areas. Accurately complete production and quality documentation and identify and report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and schedules, following all company safety policies and procedures.

• Experience in food processing, food manufacturing, or food handling.
• Experience in machine operation or manufacturing.
• Comfortable working in a highly regulated production setting.

• General production and packaging skills.

Work in a food processing facility requiring smocks, hair nets, and newer steel-toe shoes, which can be stored in lockers. The position is a day shift from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henrico, VA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
