You will provide skilled, in-home therapeutic services and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve patient-centered goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing home health physical therapy services preferred.
• Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel or per-diem home health experience preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems commonly used in home health settings preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift schedule: 5 days per week.
