The Medical Surgical Nurse will report to an experienced Med-Surg Nurse Manager with daily support from charge nurses, clinical educators, wound and diabetic care specialists, and resident physicians. Rsponsibilities span comprehensive assessments, evidence-based care planning, medication management, discharge teaching, and active participation in shared governance alongside friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team that includes pharmacy, PT/OT, case management, respiratory therapy, and social work.
