Creekside Cafe & Lounge is hiring part-time morning servers! The hotel restaurant is located at the Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West Hotel. Tips applicable. As a server, you will create memorable guest experiences by making great food and beverage recommendations and serving delicious items. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced environment. Weekend shifts available for both AM and PM shifts. We will train!

Responsibilities include serving tables as determined by management by retrieving and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner, complete knowledge of hotel's food and beverage preparation, menu, and pricing, interacting with guests in a friendly/fast manner, clearing, cleaning, and preparing tables, when serving alcoholic beverages, observing guest's behavior, counting number of drinks served, and following proper procedure if guest is impaired to drive by suggesting transportation by taxi service, escalating guest service issues to management if you are unable to resolve, ensuring guests are satisfied during their meal service, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED preferred, minimum of 1 year server experience, ability to start shift at 5am, experience in hospitality preferred, basic math skills and cash-handling, and ability and flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
