Insurance Client Information Specialist (Triage & CRM)

A leading insurance firm in Oklahoma is seeking an individual to manage client contact through phone calls, assess coverage needs, and assign leads to appropriate carriers. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic environment. Experience in insurance or call centers is preferred, and candidates should have a high school diploma.
