This role is ideal for a business development professional who enjoys creating new opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and translating market opportunities into long-term business growth.What You'll DoBuild and strengthen executive-level relationships with reseller, channel, distribution, technology, manufacturer, and industry partnersDevelop and execute strategic account and partnership plans that support revenue growth and long-term engagementIdentify and evaluate new partnership, channel, co-marketing, co-selling, and product introduction opportunities aligned with company objectivesLead strategic discussions with partner leadership and facilitate executive engagement, training strategies, and joint go-to-market activitiesCollaborate with Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with customer and channel prioritiesIdentify and evaluate cooperative purchasing organizations, procurement programs, and contract opportunitiesPartner internally to support pricing strategies, renewals, compliance activities, and bid responses associated with approved purchasing programsMonitor industry, market, and competitive developments and translate findings into actionable recommendationsMaintain accurate forecasts, account plans, and business development reportingWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field5+ years of experience in strategic account management, channel sales, business development, or related rolesKnowledge of Pro AV, education technology, assistive communication, commercial audio, or related industriesExperience working with cooperative purchasing organizations and government or education procurement programs and contractsWhy Join Williams AV?This is an opportunity to play a key role in expanding Williams AV's market presence and strategic partnerships.
