Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
$25 - $35 per hourUnilock
Unilock is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our high-volume manufacturing team in Uxbridge, MA. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in keeping critical equipment running at peak performance.
If you're an experienced problem-solver with a strong mechanical background, this is your opportunity to build a long-term career with a stable, industry-leading company. What You'll Do- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial production equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime
- Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Accurately complete work orders and document activities in CMMS
- Fabricate and weld components as needed
- Partner with operations to drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and heavy equipment
- Welding and fabrication capabilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to safety
