Shift Leader

We are seeking a motivated leader who can run a shift like it’s their own business. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for team performance, guest satisfaction, food safety compliance, and operational execution during your shift. You will coach team members, manage labor and productivity, handle guest concerns, and ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably. This role requires strong decision‑making skills, accountability, and the ability to maintain composure in high‑volume environments. You’ll lead the team during your shift — ensuring speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and an exceptional guest experience. You are responsible for keeping the operation running smoothly from start to finish.
