Overview
Join a leading mental health organizations as a Provider Enrollment Specialist . This is a fully remote opportunity where you’ll play a key role in ensuring providers are successfully credentialed and enrolled with insurance payers, supporting access to care.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit provider enrollment and re-enrollment applications for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans
- Maintain accurate provider data in internal systems and payer portals
- Track application progress and proactively follow up with payers
- Collaborate with providers and internal credentialing teams to gather documentation and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor re-credentialing and revalidation timelines to ensure uninterrupted payer participation
- Respond to provider and internal inquiries regarding enrollment status
- Support audits and reporting related to provider enrollment activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare administration
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes
- Familiarity with CAQH is required
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
- Fully remote
- Shift options:
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
