Requirements 18 years of age Able to pass a drug test Legally eligible to work in the US Primary Function The Employee Services Coordinator provides comprehensive onboarding, employee services, and employment administration support by partnering with hiring managers, candidates, employees, and field personnel. This position plays a critical role in delivering a positive employee experience by coordinating onboarding activities, ensuring employment compliance, maintaining employee records, supporting the Drug‑Free Workplace Program, and assisting with HR audits and reporting initiatives. The Employee Services Coordinator serves as a key resource for employment‑related processes, policies, and employee support while helping ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Typical Duties Onboarding & New Hire Administration Personnel Records & Document Management Drug Free Workplace Program Administration Compliance, auditing & reporting of onboarding documentation and system integration Serve as a resource for employees, managers, and field personnel regarding employment‑related questions, policies, and procedures Provide cross‑functional support to Employee Services team members as needed Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience Extremely detailed‑oriented with experience entering Open Enrollment Strong knowledge of employment regulations, compliance requirements, and HR best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/document management systems Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Crowder Construction Co
