Contract Recruiter (6 Month Temp)

About this role

The Contract Recruiter will join our team to help support the hiring needs. This role will play a part in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent. This person is a motivated and skilled recruiter that is able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Full-time, in-office in Orange, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, referrals, and applicants.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications andalignment with the company’s core values and culture.
• Manage and maintain an updated candidate pipeline and ATS.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with other recruitment projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing the recruitment process.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
