About the Role Success in this position means producing creative work that is accurate, professional, on-brand, technically correct, and delivered on time . We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, welcomes collaboration and feedback, stays organized under multiple deadlines, and brings creativity and attention to detail to every project. What You’ll Do Print & Digital Design Design print advertisements for FRG magazines. Create digital advertising assets for websites, newsletters, programmatic campaigns, and digital editions. Develop creative that supports campaign goals while maintaining strong visual consistency. Adapt designs to meet the requirements of different publications and platforms. Production & Quality Control Prepare press-ready files for print production. Ensure files meet requirements for color, resolution, bleeds, sizing, and other production specifications. Review work carefully for accuracy and quality before final production. Ensure designs align with applicable brand guidelines and publication standards. Collaboration & Revisions Revise designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and publication partners. Communicate effectively with team members throughout the creative and production process. Balance creative direction with client, brand, and production requirements. Project Management Manage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously. Prioritize assignments to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. Stay organized as projects move through review, revisions, and final production. Stay current with design trends in the editorial and advertising industries. What We’re Looking For Strong graphic design and visual communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Understanding of both print and digital design. Ability to work within established brand guidelines and technical specifications. Strong organization and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Collaborative mindset and ability to receive and implement feedback. Commitment to producing professional, accurate, high-quality work.
