Description
- Machine forgings to print with associated tolerances
- Limited understanding of robot interface
- Perform visual inspection of forging prior to machining
- Inspect product for quality using various measuring tools
- Set-up tooling in machine
- Routine maintenance of CNC machines; check oil levels, coolant levels and concentration, change filters and monitor overall machine performance
- Empty chip bins when necessary
- Keep machine and work area neat, clean and organized
- Maintain required quantity and quality levels
- Follow all safety regulations
- Operate Company computer system
