Specialty Account Manager, Long Term Care (Corpus Christi, TX)

Biopharmaceutical company seeks a field-based specialty account manager for long-term care facilities in the Corpus Christi area. The role focuses on driving product adoption and executing commercial strategies across assigned territories through relationships with healthcare providers and facility staff.
Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption across assigned long-term care facilities
- Engage with care teams including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and facility staff
- Build relationships across the long-term care ecosystem and marketplace stakeholders
- Execute marketing and commercial strategies at territory level
- Assess key stakeholders and identify future market trends
Requirements
- Disease state expertise in long-term care settings
- Ability to conduct both virtual and in-person customer engagements
- Business acumen regarding local long-term care market dynamics
- Experience building relationships with diverse healthcare stakeholders
- Account management and territory performance skills
