Contract | Days | Onsite | Travel Position (Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry setting within a Critical Access Hospital
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including telemetry readings, and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to other units as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire (must be current at time of submission)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry experience
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Completed Med Surg or Med Surg/Telemetry skills checklist
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past year of employment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Prior experience working in a Critical Access Hospital environment
