Salary: $143,700 - 194,400 per year Requirements:

• We require 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• We require 2+ years of non-internship experience in system design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling for new and existing systems.
• We require experience programming in at least one software programming language.
• We prefer 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• A bachelors degree in computer science or an equivalent background is preferred.

• We design and implement scalable API architectures that serve millions of advertisers and handle thousands of transactions per second.
• We build Model Context Protocol (MCP) server infrastructure to deliver advertiser context with sub-second latency and minimal token usage.
• We establish system design patterns and best practices for global advertising experiences at scale.
• We invent new techniques for global ads experiences, agent orchestration, and context optimization.
• We create feedback loops so our solutions continuously evaluate themselves and improve.
